Poster Guidelines
- Poster size: A0 (841 x 1189 mm)
- Orientation: Portrait (landscape posters will not fit the panels)
- There will be a short poster pitch session (max. 2 minutes per poster)
- Please send your poster-pitch slides (in PDF) to arches2025@usz.ch by November 2, 2025
Presentation Guidelines
- Prepare your slides in PowerPoint or PDF format with a 16:9 aspect ratio
- A Windows laptop will be provided in the lecture hall. (Please note: MacBooks or MacBook connections are not available)
- Please bring your presentation on a USB drive
- The total time allocated for each research group is 40 minutes.
Abstract Submission Guidelines
- Abstracts are required for both oral and poster contributions (no abstracts needed for overview presentations)
- Abstract submission deadline: October 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM
- Please submit a Word document (maximum one page) including the corresponding author’s name
- Please indicate contribution type "talk" or "poster" in agreement with PI
- Send your abstract via email to: Arches2025@usz.ch
